Warranty Procedure
WAECO UK Limited
1. All warranty claims will be handled by WAECO UK Ltd. direct, unless the retailer / distributor wishes to handle the claims themselves
2. It is the customer‘s responsibility to return the items to WAECO UK Ltd for warranty action, WAECO will return the items to the customer having completed any repairs and on receipt of a completed Warranty Returns Form (see below).
End Users:
A. WAECO warranty department must be contacted before any claim can be validated. At this time a claims number will be issued which must be entered on to the Returns Form which you can download from here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this form, if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the link at the bottom of this page for a free download. Any item returned without a returns number will not be accepted.
Trade Customers:
A. A completed Warranty Returns Form must accompany all warranty claims, which you can download from here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this form, if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the link at the bottom of this page for a free download
B. If the item is returned from a retail customer sections A and D must be completed on the returns form and accompanied by a valid receipt.
C. If the item is returned from a retailer then sections B and D must be completed and accompanied by a copy of the retailer‘s invoice.
D. If the item is returned by the distributor then sections C and D must be completed. If the WAECO invoice number is not known then a copy of the delivery note must accompanied the form.
E. Any special requirements will be discussed at the time the claims number is issued.
Please note: All customers wishing faulty goods to be replaced before WAECO UK has received the item will be charged pending warranty.
